We want to explain the recent lack of news on the ObviousIdea website. The main reason was the translation plugin we use:
Transposh – github.com/oferwald/transposh

After several weeks of collaboration with the developer, the plugin is now stable again. We can finally resume publishing multilingual content.

Why did we wait?
We handle customer support in French, German, and English, but rely on automatic translation for Italian, Spanish, and Polish. We preferred to wait until the plugin was fully functional before announcing new versions. If you notice any issues in the translated content, please let us know.

What do you prefer for translations?

Your browser’s automatic translation? automatic translation with manual review for key languages or English is fine for you?

New in Light Image Resizer 7.3
A major new feature is now available: batch AI Vision with custom prompts.

What can you do?
You can select a folder of images, apply your own text prompt, and automatically generate a description ou keywords for each image.

Where is the text saved?
Choose between a .txt sidecar file or directly into the image metadata (Windows Comments field), making images searchable with Windows Search.

This is designed to boost productivity for many user types.
